and partners acquired special professional competences, as for example:

- construction of petrol stations
- motor vehicle trade: garages, car dealers
- schools/technical training centres
- administrative/barracks buildings
- hotels, discotheques, conference centers, boardings school, restaurant, bars
- reconstructions for preservation of historic buildings, especially in the church range - churches, vicarages, cemeteries
- new utilization and restructuring of old firms and factories
- agricultural line plannings: agrarianstructural development plannings, e.g. tourism development with horse farms, riding and horse-drawn carriage rides
- regional and development plannings
- village renewal plannings and realization
- intention and development plans, charter for a foundations
